Three-wheeled, open-air motorcycle taxis or what normally called “Tuk-Tuk” is one of the unofficial symbol of Thailand. It can be found around streets in a big city like Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and Ayutthaya. Therefore, Bangkok seems to be easiest city to find Tuk Tuk as it is the capital city that provides local people and tourists many options of travelling.




Tuk Tuk becomes well known as it has mentioned in novels by many foreign visitors. This type of vehicle is small and convenient especially during a heavy traffic time as it can take you through a small street or soi as a short cut and yes, it takes you to destination faster than normal taxis.
