Following my previous post, here are a few snaps from one of the next stops on my tour of West America. Zion National Park is in Utah, and although it was slightly off the beat and track it is definitely worth a detour.

Before planning this trip I had never heard of Zion National Park, and we only really included it because it was a good half way point between Flagstaff and Las Vegas. But thank god we decided to include it! It was one of the most beautiful places I have ever been in my entire life. Unlike the Grand Canyon, it was incredibly easy to access the valley bottom, and it is where visitors spend most of their time.
